Serving suggestion

Balcones Special Ingredients 1 1/2 oz. Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice 3/4 oz. Ginger beer 1/2 oz. Falernum 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters Garnish: Lime wheel saturated with sugar and agno bitters (torched) Recipe Shake with ice and pour contents into a rocks glass (a dirty pour). Garnish and serve.
