The Thai Chili Espresso Martini is an exotic and fiery twist on the classic coffee cocktail, made with Ketel One vodka, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, and Thai chili.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Ketel One Vodka or Ketel One Oranje
- 0.5 oz. Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz. espresso or cold brew coffee
- 0.5 oz. simple syrup
- 2 slices Thai chili
Directions
- Place Thai chili into a cocktail shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with espellette pepper.
