Mezcal Unión Uno is an un-aged mezcal handcrafted with Espadín and Cirial Agaves, which have been matured for 8 to 14 years. Mezcal Unión collaborates with several communities across different villages in Oaxaca, Mexico, empowering maestros mezcaleros and agave farmers to become entrepreneurs of their own businesses.
