Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz. Cognac
  • 2 Dashes Bitters
  • 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
  • Rince of Absinthe
  • Lemon Zest Discard to garnish

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass.
  • Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
  • Strain into an Absinthe-rinsed rocks glass.
  • Garnish with lemon zest discard.
