Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • .5 oz. Rhubarb Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Monin Sugar Syrup

Directions

  • Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker.
  • Seal the shaker and dry shake ingredients without ice, to create foam and texture to the cocktail.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Place your strainer on top of the shaker, and fine strain the liquid into your coupette.
  • Garnish with rhubarb.
