  • 1.75 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg white or .75 oz Aquafaba
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Lemon twist

Directions

  • Add gin, lemon juice and simple sryup into shaker.
  • Add 1 egg white or aquafaba and shake gently to activate the texture.
  • Add ice to shaker and give it a hard shake.
  • Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
  • Garnish with lemon twist.
