Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
- 0.75 oz. Honey Syrup
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lagavulin 16
- Candied Ginger
Directions
- Muddle the Ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker.
- Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds to blend and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Layer the Lagavulin over the top.
- Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
