Try a classy twist on the traditional Painkiller cocktail, made with Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, the unexpected but delicious addition to the Zacapa No 23 Rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Rum
0.75 Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
Orange Slice Garnish
Grated Coffee Garnish

Directions

Shake rum, coffee liquor, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut together with just a few ice cubes, and pour into a large rocks glass.
Top with fresh ice and garnish with an orange slice and light dusting of grated coffee.
